Missouri lost 195,000 jobs in 2008 and the state’s unemployment rate stands at 8.3 percent today. America’s failed energy policy has worsened our economic downturn.
It is time to get Missouri’s economy moving again by investing in clean energy. The Repower, Refuel, and Rebuild America Forum features a coalition of business, labor, environmental, and community leaders who will address solutions for reducing global warming pollution and creating opportunities for economic investment, job creation, and energy independence in the Kansas City region.
Register online by April 5.
